Thrives (thrives.top) publishes reference material about household money. This page explains what happens to information when you read it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no form on this site that collects personal information. The worksheets on this site run entirely in your browser: the amounts you type stay in the page and are never transmitted to us or stored on a server. If you reload the page, those numbers are gone.

If you email us at [email protected], we receive your address and whatever you write. We keep it only as long as needed to answer you, and we do not add it to a mailing list.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Third parties described below may set cookies in your browser when they serve advertising or measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the guides and worksheets continue to work with cookies disabled.

Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

We intend to display advertising served by Google and its partners. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

Guides link to official sources such as deposit insurers, tax authorities and standards bodies. We do not control those sites and their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before providing information to them.

Children

This site is written for adults managing household finances and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described in the revised text rather than made silently.
