What to write about

• Corrections. A figure that does not add up, a rate that has changed, a rule that is stated too broadly. Include the page address.
• Broken things. A worksheet that will not total, a layout that breaks on your screen, a link that no longer resolves. Tell us the browser and device if you can.
• Coverage requests. A topic you needed and could not find. Specific requests get answered; general ones get noted.
• Permissions. Quoting or translating a longer section.

What we cannot do

We cannot give personal financial advice, review your portfolio, recommend products, or comment on your individual tax position. Messages asking for that will get a short reply pointing back to the relevant guide, because answering them properly would require information we are not able to hold.

Response time

Corrections are usually reviewed within a few days. Other messages may take longer. If a message needs no reply, none will be sent.

Privacy

Emailing us shares your address with us and nobody else. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
